We will be hosting BEASTS OF THE BAY 2015 (Formerly known as Beast Wars) in December 2015. We have revamped our annual competition to bring you a format unlike any you have seen. You will be truly tested when you compete in ...hint...5+WODS in a minimal amount of time (shorter than previous years). Traditional Crossfit scoring will be used this year so no more excuses people you better bring your beast!

1 Person starts with run, then tags teammate and begins Curtis P's while teammate 2 runs...
Time ends when final member has rowed 1250 Meters

SWOD: 10 Minute
10-1 Deadlifts starting at (135/95) and adding weight each round until you complete round 10 or time runs out.
Complete 2 box jumps (24/20) between each round
WOD: 8 Minute AMRAP
Bar Over Burpees
Complete 2 Shoulder 2 Overhead (135/95) between each round
